Appointments booked with cleverQ can be seamlessly added to the Digital Wallet with a single click. No more lengthy searches through emails for confirmations or important details—easily cancel or modify appointments right from your smartphone, and enjoy quick check-in and appointment confirmation on-site.
e-Tickets and appointments can be booked directly through the app by simply scanning a provided QR code. For e-tickets, a quick scan places the user directly in the digital queue, with the e-ticket instantly saved to the wallet. For appointments, the QR code allows for easy booking via smartphone, and the appointment is then added to the wallet — complete with all essential details and a verification code.
After booking an e-ticket, all important information is available at a glance. Ticket number, position in the queue and the option to cancel the ticket.
With the app, users can easily scan a QR code, for example from a store or government office, either on-site or on their website where they frequently book appointments. Once scanned, it appears under favorites, allowing future appointments to be booked directly from the favorites list. Multiple favorites can be conveniently managed within the app.
